Alejandro Martinez

Professional Biography

Mr. Martinez is the Founder, of Altamira Homes LLC, a Construction Management group based in California. and currently owner and investor of ATA Development Inc. General Contractor company (CA lic# 1020677) currently developing multifamily real estate investments. Mr. Martinez’s real estate finance career started in 1986 as Int. Finance Banking Officer for a non-profit organization named ABLE International in Europe and around the world. Later as Senior Vice President of Investment Services for Morgan Stanley & Co.in New York and in Los Angeles, he has represented numerous clients with the complexities of the real estate investment world in areas of securities markets, real estate investments, risk management and real estate planning.

Alejandro has participated in various projects in a advisor capacity from Transamerica Financial Services, managing a $150 million real estate portfolio to the co-founding of MAM Group Inc that among other things was managing a mortgage bank called The Mortgage Link Inc. with a multibank warehouse line of credit for over $200 million in monthly lending   with over 80 employees and the management of a real estate hedge fund.

Mr. Martinez earned a Business Psychology (Human Resources) and Business Administration degree from the University of Barcelona, Spain, with additional training in personal finance and international finance from UCLA Extension. He is fluent in Spanish, Italian, English and read and write French. He is a black belt first dan Kung-Fu martial artist and is an avid outdoors person.
