Joaquin Avila has well over 25 years of experience in Real Estate Project development and construction business in the Sacramento and Bay areas. With well over 500 projects spanning from Lake Tahoe to San Jose. From Single Family developments to Multifamily project and commercial. His biggest project being a 250 homes community in Vacaville.
He has work as a Project Coordinator and Specialist in Sierra Pacific Plastering and Sierra West. He co-managed Drywall World and created production systems still functioning to this day.
Joaquin has developed techniques with Drywall, Stucco and Paint applications that create the level of quality of work that has made him a well known specialist in the industry.
With a team of well-established work force, he can address any project of any sizes and guarantee its completion to the highest of standards.
